毎年この時期になると登場する「蛍柄」。
私たちスタッフもこの作品を目にするたびに四季の移り変わりを感じさせられます。
外出もしにくいような、こんな時代でも風流なひと時を感じたいものですね。
さて、注目の作品ですが今年の蛍も幻想的な仕上がりです！
6月の夜の静寂の中、近所の小川で息をひそめて無数に光る蛍を瞬きもせずに見ていたあの日。
そんな子供のころの記憶が蘇るかのような光景が拡がっております！
そんな蛍柄作品はアロハシャツ、ワンピースでも登場、こちらもまた美しい仕上がりに
なっており、楽しみですね！

今回はそんな蛍をより楽しむ為の豆知識を一つ・・・。
「蛍はその生息地域によって光る長さが違う！」
なぜかは、理由がわかっていないみたいですが
同種のゲンジボタルでも地域によって光り方、明滅速度のパターンが異なるそうです。
東日本では4秒間に１回点滅、静岡や山梨西日本では2秒間に１回点滅、長野あたりでは３秒に１回点滅、長崎の五島列島では、1秒間に一回点滅する蛍も最近、発見されたそうです。
さて、衣の蛍は果たしてどのように点滅するでしょうか！？

Now,I have a little knowledge to enjoy such fireflies more ・・・
“Fireflies shine at different lengths depending on their habitat!”
I don’t know why.
I heard that the lighting and blinking speed patterns of Genji fireflies are different
depending on the area.
Flashes once every four seconds in eastern Japan and once every two seconds in Shizuoka, Yamanashi
and western Japan. A firefly blinks once every three seconds in Nagano,
once every second in the five islands of Nagasaki.
It was discovered recently.
