またこちらの限定ノベルティは、期間中にこの「かわら版ページ」をプリントアウトしたもの、もしくは所定の用紙に“お名前・ご住所・ご連絡先お電話番号”が記載されているものをお持ち頂きました方で、作品代金が税抜10,000円以上お買いあげいただきました方へ、先着順にてお渡しさせていただきます。

オンラインショップの場合、ご注文時に“お名前・ご住所・ご連絡先番号”をご登録いただいておりますので、引換券は不要となりますが、お一人様お一つまでとなります。
