The crisp autumn breeze is pleasant, and it’s the season when you can really feel the autumn.
How is everyone getting on?

Starting on Saturday, October 11th, we will be holding our twice-yearly Autumn/Winter exhibition
“Story of Koromo” at each store, showcasing our new collection.

Event Period: Saturday, October 11th – Sunday, October 19th

Participating Stores: Teramachi Store, Sanjo Store, Nagoya Store.
The online shop will be holding a Story of Koromo event from Monday, October 20th to Sunday, October 26th.
Please note that the event dates for the store and online shop are different.

These garments have been meticulously crafted by artisans, with every stitch poured into them.
We look forward to welcoming you to the exhibition, where you can enjoy the joy of welcoming the new season and the charm of clothing to the fullest.

The exhibition marks the beginning of KOROMO autumn/winter story.

In addition, we have prepared limited-edition novelty items only for this period.

The “nen” (yearning spirit) of Otsuyu, spoken of in the first chapter.
Her longing to meet her beloved turned into a flame, dwelling within the lantern’s light.

Now, that flame has grown powerful enough to consume even the peony, setting ablaze the flowers that bloom proudly upon her back.
The embroidery, woven from threads of red and orange, shimmers in the light, flickering as though real flames are alive upon the fabric.

At the center of the back are depicted Otsuyu and Shinza-burō.
The Other Shore and This Shore.
Their fleeting rendezvous, drifting between two worlds, radiates a beauty at once ephemeral and haunting.
Enveloped in the blazing peonies, their figures symbolize an undying flame of love.

Each stitch carries her passion, transforming the embroidery into more than mere decoration—it becomes a “story to be worn.”

Be sure to witness, through the photographs, the ghostly aura and the blazing peonies.
